This is my brand new division: Dog Scrunchies.  I have made most of them for smaller dogs but if you would like one for a larger dog or see one in a different size, please contact me & we'll get your Dog Scrunchie for your favorite little girl or boy.  My little Japanese Chin has been wearing them for years & loves them because they are comfortable on her neck and it makes her look Pretty.  She has one called "Sex in the City" - it's black velvet & a large white rose.  I need to start working on her other Holiday Scrunchies + just a few fun plain ones so she can wear them & still be able to play with my parents 1 year old puppy.

Finally: here is the slide show for Purple/Amethyst

PURPLE/AMETHYST: What do you call this color?  Do you always use the same color or do you use both colors?  I personally use both depending on what I'm talking about.  Even I'll intertwine the two while I'm making jewelry.  I guess it's just what mood I'm in at the certain time.  Amethyst makes me think of a richer, darker color.  The amethyst was used by the Egyptians & is a strong antidote against drunkenness.

Look no farther for your baby Showers & Births

Kiddos & Babies are the photos you'll see on this slide. These are great gifts for baby showers. If you want to wait until you have all the information on the plate like most  do - what I will do for you is sell you the gift certificate & send a few pictures of what their plate could possibly look like & have you pay - so all the new mommy & daddy (or you) will have to do is call me up & tell me what to draw on it plus the stats. It works very well.

There is a new trend with mommy's having the baby shower after the baby is born so you will already have the information & be able to take the plate with you. I did this for my cousin's shower & it turned out the invitation was almost identical to the plate. It was uncanny but when you go with farming the odds were greater. They loved it & it gives us something to talk about.

Dogs Love Woofstock 2011

Pick out your piece & I'll paint it just for you

I finally decided to take pictures of all the "Bisque" I have, I believe I have everything that is in my supply. Bisque porcelain is unglazed, white ceramic ware. Actually Bisque has already been fired to become hard enough to be painted. Once it is at this stage, it's ready for me to paint whatever I am in the mood for - or whatever YOU want me to paint. Then there's more to do after I paint the piece to make it bright & shiny + even harder and dishwasher safe.

If you see a piece, let me know & we'll work out a design. A couple may be spoken for but I'm sure I can always get more. I've found this great new Place who will do custom work for me and she has a huge amount of inventory so if you are looking for something special - it's likely she would have it.

**Another note, I'm so excited that I have a new kiln (the first one was a dud) and it is up and running + doing a great job on the pieces I've fired already. This is great for me so I can get the pieces glazed and fired much faster than taking it to Bloomington & waiting a week just to drive back up to pick it up.
