Custom Mens Necklace from Jim Morisson's graveside

"Jim Morrison" Men's Necklace

This is a Men's Necklace that I customized for a gentlemen recently. He originally had this rock that he picked up in Paris from the area around Jim Morrison's graveside. He really wanted a necklace to be designed around this rock.

He found my website; http://www.nikkidoodledesigns.com/ while looking online and together we decided to make a necklace that would make the rock the centerpiece. I wrapped copper wire around the rock making it into a pendant with a semi-large bale and a fun little swirl on the edge for an added touch.

I then decided to go with colors in golds, coppers, and brass to bring out the shades in the rock. The necklace consists of round copper beads in 3 sizes, brass corrugated beads, brass & black flat faceted beads that surround a pale yellow jade that brings out a light yellow color in the rock/pendant. I think my favorite beads are the copper, brass, and gold-plated cornerless cube beads, all made in Thailand.

This is during the designing stage: almost finished but waiting on sizing & clasp.
