- Starting January/February 2010: When ordering Custom Pottery; the piece is now to paid IN FULL (100%) before I will begin the painting process. I'm sorry if this offends anyone, but I am running a business & I have a good track record (I will give you plenty of references if you choose that route) but I need the money upfront so I am not stuck with personalized pottery I can not sell.



- If you are ordering a customized jewelry piece (such as a name bracelet) or some sort of jewelry that I normally do not sell, I will also ask for FULL PAYMENT in advance before I begin designing the piece. Otherwise, I will retain my normal 50% non-refundable deposit for materials on Custom Orders.





- I absolutely LOVE creating custom jewelry. If you see a piece of jewelry, but do not like the bead or color, if you have see a design in a magazine, or if you just have a special design in mind - email me & we will work together to make the design of your dreams. If I currently have the beads, I will try my hardest to give you the quote within 24 hours. If I have to order the beads, I will need a minimum of 48 hours + to do the research.

- Ordering Pottery is easy, pick out the colors of your choice, tell me what names you would like me to personalize on the piece & I will create a specialize design just for you! ** Please note pottery can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks from time of ordering, depending on customization & availability. Please call and I will let you know my time line at the current time.

- I always keep pre-made pottery in stock as well, if you are a "last minute shopper" - so just give me a call & we can look through my supply to see if something will work for your occasion.
